Will my new t-shirt shrink?
For the adult sizes our main shirt is the Hanes 6.1oz pre-shrunk 100% cotton shirt. For the youth sizes we use the Hanes 50/50 blend shirts. The reason we chose Hanes as our primary shirt is Hanes t-shirts are true to size and shrink for less than other shirts on the market today. All t-shirts will shrink when thrown in the dryer, but we have found that Hanes t-shirts shrink in length and not as much in the width.

What are transfers and are they reliable?
Transfers are designs that can either multi-colored or single color, printed in reverse on special release paper, designed to be applied on a t-shirt, garment or tote bag when needed. Transfers come in many varieties. They include; spot color, four color process, puff or a combination of these and digital. They can be one color or multi-color. The one thing they all have in common is they are applied with a heat press. With the exception of digital transfer, commercial transfers are manufactured in state of-the-art facilities on lage screen printing machines. They are printed in reverse so that when it comes time to apply the tranfer to the shirt, garment or tote bag, the design will look like it is supposed to. We find transfers to be the most reliable, cost effective way to produce t-shirts.

How do I take care of my new t-shirt?
We recommend that you turn your t-shirt inside out and wash in cold water then hang it up to dry. If you follow these guidelines, your t-shirt will last for a long time.
But.....with this always "on the go society" we know that most people are dryer people.....

How do I return an item recieved as a gift?
We accept returns on unworn t-shirts for any reason within 30 days of invoice date. We will be happy to exchange the t-shirt item. A refund will be issued by placing a credit on your credit/debit card. If you made your purchase via PayPal, then your refund will be issued through PayPal. Shipping charges are not refundable. When returning a t-shirt please include a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for returning the item.

What type of guarentee do you offer?
We offer a no-hassle 30 day return for any reason. In additon all t-shirts are guaranteed for 90 days against defects in workmanship and materials. If ther is a defect in an item that you have pruchased from us simply return it, with a not explaining the defect, to the address above and we will gladly replace it. Sorry, be w cannot be responsible for abuse and neglect. We reserve the sole right to determine abuse and neglect.

Do you collect sales tax?
We are required by law to collect and forward sales tax on purchases made inside the state of Missouri. If you reside outside the state of Missouri, we do not collect sales tax.
